It is always a pleasure to be able to convey good news! So I am delighted to let you know that for two important reasons, Snowberry is even better value. First, we have replaced the airless pump that we have previously used for our serums and creams. Despite being assured that the original pumps were of the highest quality, we found that sometimes, a pump did not function properly. That was a very disappointing discovery for us and I know it has been frustrating for some of our valued customers. We could have changed to an ordinary pump but we consider an airless pump to be essential for any highly functional anti-aging skincare product, simply because once you have begun to use the product, contact between the air and the serum or cream is minimised.
This is very important because some of the active ingredients in Snowberry and especially the anti-oxidants, can be degraded by exposure to air (which is why you should never use an anti-aging product from a jar). So, I am very pleased to tell you that Snowberry is in a new, very attractive airless pump that we know gives quite superior performance.
Well, price isn't everything they say - but it helps! So, perhaps more importantly, I am delighted to let you know that Snowberry now costs you less. As you may know, Snowberry's major market is Europe and over these past few turbulent months, there has been a huge shift in the NZD/EURO exchange rate that means we have been able to pass on a significant saving to our German, French and Spanish customers. Of course, we cannot control exchange rates (so it is possible prices may move the other way at some time in the future), but we can control production and in the same period we have also achieved significant production breakthroughs.
Anyway, I decided we should match the price change in Europe, here as well, which means that our eye serum for example, is now $87 and our wonderful Rich Day Cream is just $189!
For myself, I always look for value and that means regardless of what I pay, I know I am getting exactly the benefits I want.
